Exercises to get rid of those chubby armpits

Those little girls that are formed just below the armpits are the most hateful thing on the planet, it is impossible to hide them, they always stand out and I don't know any girl who doesn't hate them with all her heart.

It is not impossible to get rid of them, but to achieve this we have to exercise and eat healthy, there is no other. So if you are determined to take them away from your life this is what you should do.

Doing cardio is mandatory, it is the most effective way to burn fat, so that not only the small ones of your armpits will disappear. You can run or choose a gym cardio device and do it at least 3 times a week for 40 minutes and do 3 sets of 10 repetitions with each exercise you see below.

Weights will not give you man arms, stop thinking that! When your muscles grow and get strong the fat around them disappears. So if you don't exercise your muscles you will always have fat.
